Details of the Terms and conditions of the PUBG Tournament in Nellore are listed below:
GAME PLAY RULES:
- Organisers are not responsible if you miss the match. So please be punctual.
- Players are responsible for maintaining adequate internet connection during the tournament
- Games will be played on Erangel
- All the members of the sqaud should be available in the whatsapp group
- The online Match lobby will open 30 minutes before the scheduled Match time. All Teams/players must be in the online Match lobby by the Match start time. Matches will not be delayed except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Organizers.
- Any change to the above will be informed via whatsapp group so please be active and be informed.
Match Disruptions:
- In the event of a disconnect, the Player that disconnected will not be able to rejoin the Match. Should the last remaining Player on a Team disconnect, that Team will be granted the finish position that their last characters die at.
Server Crash:
- In the event of a full server crash, Tournament Organizers may instead issue a replay of that particular Game, at their sole discretion.
Stoppage of Play:
- Tournament Organizers may halt a Game or Match at any time and for any reason. In the event of a stoppage of play, Players must remain at their devices and may not communicate with other Players until the Game or Match is resumed.
Restarts:
- The Tournament Organizers may order a Game or Match restart due to exceptional circumstances, such as if a bug significantly affects a Player’s ability to play or the Game or Match is disrupted by a Force Majeure or other event.
Cheating:
- Cheating, as determined by the Tournament Organizers in their sole discretion, will result in an immediate forfeiture and additional penalties depending on the severity of the infraction.
Names, Logos, Avatars and Branding Restrictions:
The Tournament Organizers reserve the right to reject, in their sole discretion, names, logos, avatars or branding that violate the Code of Conduct, including without limitation, any that:
- infringe upon the rights of any 3rd party rights without explicit written permission
- Resemble or are identical to a brand or trademark
- Resemble or are identical to another identity or person
- Resemble or are identical to the name or persona of Tournament Entities or other Teams.
Request players to have decent character names and Team Names will be decicded by the organisers.
Any Player behaving inappropriately, or not competing in compliance with these Official Rules (including the Game Play Rules), as determined by the Tournament Organizers in their sole discretion, may be immediately disqualified from the Tournament and forfeit all potential prizes.
Other Rules:
- Organizers decision on Final results will be final.
- Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- All rights are reserved by the organizers and tournament will be conducted under fairly and legal manner at the discretion of the organizers.
- Hackers are not allowed. Any such event of hacking by any player will disqualify the such player’s squad from the tournament and such squad will not be entitled to play the tournament with immediate effect.
Prizes:
Each Player knowingly consents to participate in any or all Tournament activities under his or her own free will and without duress or undue influence of any third party.
Prizes for the First Place, Second Place and Third Place will be made to such registered number’s Paytm account which was given while registering the tournament on www.freedomcart.com
Winning Prize money and date of tournament will be announced at our Whatsapp group ( https://chat.whatsapp.com/KwUz5wvg3xUKu6zowY45fs )
Take the Screenshot of your score at the end of the game and the same should be shared with the organizers to get the prize money. Any Fake screenshots shared or any manipulations done then such team will be banned and no amount will be granted.
Other regulations :
- Each Player hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the Tournament Entities harmless from and against any and all third party claims, actions or proceedings of any kind and from any and all third party damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable outside legal fees and costs (collectively, “Third Party Claims”) relating to or arising out of any breach of any of the warranties, representations, covenants, obligations or agreements of the Player under these Official Rules.
- Make the payments using online payment gateway channels and do not opt for Cash on Delivery mode.
- By registering for and/or otherwise participating in the Tournament, each Player consents and agrees to the collection, transfer, storage and processing of his or her basic information to and in the India or to other countries outside the country of Player's country of residence. Such other countries may not have privacy laws and regulations that are similar to those of the country of Player's residence. A Player may request to rectify or deletion of any personal data held by website in connection with the Tournament by posting a mail to care@freedomcart.com
Code of Conduct:
Not following the below would lead to disqualification from the tournament at any point in time at the discretion of the organizers:
- Offensive, vulgar or obscene User Names, Team names, avatars, logos, branding or gamertags;
- Intentionally delaying or slowing gameplay or tampering with gameplay in any other known or unknown manner;
- Betting or gambling on your own performance, the performance of your Team or the results of the Tournament or any phase of the Tournament;
- Intentionally using any in-game bugs or so-called “hacks” to seek an advantage;
- Using any language or wearing any clothing or apparel that is obscene, foul, vulgar, insulting, threatening, abusive, libelous, slanderous, defamatory or otherwise offensive or objectionable, or promotes or incites hatred or discriminatory conduct;
- Engaging in violence or any activity which is deemed in the judgement of the Tournament Organizers to be immoral, unethical, disgraceful, or contrary to common standards of decency.
